By founding Gramicci, the Californian climber Mike Graham managed to change the way people think about outdoor gear. Established in 1982, the brand designs clothes with functionality and fashion in mind, suited perfectly for sport and everyday life. Pioneer of the first ever climbing pants with built in nylon belts and comfortable crotch gussets, Gramicci quickly made a name for itself in the early streetwear and outdoor scene. After the turn of the millennium, however, it became very quiet around Gramicci. After a hiatus, the brand was then sold to Japan - and from there, the brand made a comeback as a quality supplier with a great history.
